Key tasks: 

• Coordinating the design of cell components and sub-components per battery cell requirements and specifications.
• Representing and aligning mechanical topics among relevant stakeholders.   
• Breaking down of (overarching) targets to workstreams for SE Team and for component responsibles.
• Managing excecution, ensuring compliance with project specifications and design of manufacturing.
• Coordinating SE Team to achieve targets, work streams and aligning with departments for team member qualification and capacity.
• Identifying and resolving target conflicts on team level.
• Creating transparency and monitoring SE Team's KPI.
• Moderating team meetings.
• Planning and coordinating supplier DOEs within the mechanical design team.
• Planning, initiating, and overseeing component and sub-component DOEs during sample development.
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at 􀁾􀁿􀀅􀁭􀁀, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills：

• MS degree in Mechanical Engineering or evidence of experience and exceptional ability,  Ph.D is a plus. 
• 3+ years of experience in industry in field of battery industry.
• Knowledge in battery cell related development and production processes
• Open and willingness to take high pressure
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skill to achieve WIN-WIN solutions with many stakeholders
• Coordination skills and assertion skills
• Able to communicate effective on different levels – from shop floor to top
• Self-motivated with the willingness to learn
• Business fluent in English; Chinese is a plus
