Position Name: Software Development
Brief Description:
Responsible for the full-cycle development and technical iteration of the AMR intelligent scheduling system, including backend core service development and frontend visualization modules. Optimized the scheduling and navigation modules, using A* and SLAM to eliminate path conflicts, deadlocks, and communication failures, ensuring the system runs smoothly.
Key Tasks:
- Develop Java core backends and Python task modules/scripts to implement task scheduling, vehicle allocation and multi-brand robot protocol adaptation.
- Sort demands, design scalable real-time AMR scheduling architecture and select path planning & multi-robot coordination technologies.
- Develop front-end visualization including map, monitoring dashboards, simulation panels, and drag-and-drop low-code configuration.
- Code, refactor and optimize core modules: 4D path planning, conflict resolution, deadlock prediction, warehouse & emergency management.
- Perform unit, simulation and on-site tests to fix communication/concurrency issues for stable multi-robot operation.
- Standardize interface docs and extract reusable middleware/components to reduce integration costs.
- Coordinate cross-team resources, track milestones and deliver versions against logistics requirements.
- Follow industry tech trends, benchmark competing products and optimize system performance bottlenecks.
- Use Python to dock multi-agent RL models, realize 30-second ahead risk prediction and automatic rerouting for robots.
- Collect online operation logs, analyze task efficiency data and output regular optimization reports for production lines.
- Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
- Advising other people holding positions at , its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Robotics or related majors.
- 5+ years of robot-related software development experience, with full lifecycle R&D experience of AMR/AGV scheduling platform; candidates with large robot cluster delivery projects are preferred.
- Proficient in fundamental algorithms and data structures; skilled in Java/SpringBoot backend development and Python for algorithm integration and scripting
- Proficient in MySQL, Redis, and MQTT. Familiar with frontend development using Vue/React
- Capable of independently building digital twin maps, monitoring dashboards, and simulation pages.
- Expert in A* and Dijkstra path planning algorithms; knowledgeable in multi-agent collaboration, SLAM, and multi-brand robot protocols
- Experience with ROS is a plus.
- Conduct requirement analysis, system architecture design, and technical documentation.
