Key Tasks:

• Organize daily/weekly meeting with the all the cell assembly value stream related department, tracking the overall status of each parties considering the production schedule, project schedule, major OPL, support needed and potential risk of the whole project.
• Daily/weekly report to the management level and customer about the latest statues and all the major on-going activities of the whole value streamline, especially focus on the risk points which need the support or decision.
• Support PowerCo project in different factory to establish the VSM structure and provide instruction in the initial phase through short term business trip and regular information exchange.
• Drafting the technical evaluations for the new project (product) including TCO estimate, and the technical innovations in the machine and equipment technology, and in the tooling and instrument technology during mechanical production (single process). Formulating the technical compare between different components. Cooperation and coordination with planning department of Salzgitter
• Drawing up the overall project schedule in view of the modification of time windows and realistic program (Mechanical Production). Evaluating the cost of the whole project, drafting the Decision documents (technological/economic).
• Plan of manufacturing equipment and related means of production base on the defined criteria, plan of manufacturing process and related logistical processes of cell assembly. Organization of the workshop with other departments. Make all the technological document.
• Making the specifications for manufacturing equipment and means of production. Executing the enquiry process, checking cost schedule, making technical evaluation of quotation, preparation of all the technical documents for BM.  (Gear and final drive gear process)
• Supporting of the transportation, production of machines and equipment in the machining area in terms of material flow and maintenance. Conducting machine capability test/process capability test at production facilities
  Organization of machine acceptance. Tracking and resolving device issues. Final acceptance and handing over the production to the operator. Cooperating with the Finance Department to finish the final payment of the equipment.
• Actively participate in the research of the advanced cell assembly related technology and qualified supplier. Evaluate the potential possibility to involve it into current series production considering the economical saving/quality improvement/yield rate increase/Headcount reduce/energy saving benefit.
• Implementation and monitoring (control) of the technical changes based on project schedule. Ensure the planned milestones given from customer. Monitoring of project status, preparation and implementation of opinions on the yellow and red project status. Budget control, make continental improvement to reduce costs
• Optimization and supporting of creating and changing the machining layout.
• Batch production planning:
  Introducing new technologies throughout the machinery production line (manufacturing process or industry 4.0). Feasible transformation of existing equipment for digitization and automation
• Participate in optimization of Takzeit, ergonomics and material flow and conduct feasibility assessments Improving product quality in terms of customer satisfaction and profitability.
  Optimization of equipment and processing Assisting in eliminating audit defects (process, product, and environmental/security audits)
• Batch production planning: Work with other departments to eliminate technical problems.  Get in touch with the equipment supplier to solve the equipment problem together
  Machine status tracking Organization of machine capability test Evaluating and implementing of special projects (technical/cost/term/risk)
• Participating the initiation of needed technological documents for process, e.g. control plan/ production schedule/ P-FMEA/ working specification e.g.., as well as regular tracking the update of them
• Participation and coordination in KVP-process. (all mechanical production).
• Cultivate new people of planning, bring new people to be familiar with department job program and get into work faster through specific projects. Sharing of experience and knowledge
