VWATJ brought in Work 2 Work (W2W for short) program from Germany in 2015. Currently, VWATJ has 86 W2W employees in total, who work not only in technical departments but also in commercial departments. Via cooperation with disabled federation and university, VWATJ engages in recruitment and training of disabled people and builds up a wide platform of employment and development.
