Brief description of the position:

This position ensures effective internal communications, including but not limited to message distribution, internal marketing and event management, so as to meet business needs, improve employee engagement, and enhance productivity.

Key Tasks:

1.Develop strategic planning and implement internal communication concepts in terms of management & employee communication, external employer branding

2.Derive communication content, select and define communication channel, manage content editing and overall release design (e.g. news, articles, interviews, press releases, etc.)

3.Design and adjust the overall concept and steer HR-owned social media channels, contribute to content writing, editing and quality insurance of social media channel

4.Organize and/or support company event & project concept design, brainstorming and internal alignment (Family Day, Company Day, Townhall meeting, managerial meetings, etc.)

5.Design Support (Design and procure various branding tools such as poster, roll-up, and backdrop, etc.)

6.Lead creative projects such as corporate video production

7.Develop necessary company advertisement tool when needed and lead the process

8.Corresponding supplier management

9.Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualification and skills required:

- Bachelor above, major in communication, journalism, public relations is preferred

-At least 3 years of related work experience.

- Fluent Chinese and high proficiency in English (written, edition, spoken), additional language German(desirable)

- Experience of project management and being able to lead a project team.

- High proficiency with all office professional software (excel, power point and word), with focus on news writing, editing of communication content

- Personal competencies: creative, self-motivated/initiated, passion for communication, high skills in extracting and editing core message, cooperative, work in an efficient and independent manner
