Job Title: Functional Safety Engineer
Division/Department: Technical Development
Location: Tianjin

Your Responsibilities as process engineer

• Develop and implement functional safety concepts for complex systems and products
• Conduct safety analysis and risk assessments in accordance with relevant safety standards
• Define safety requirements for hardware and software components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety requirements into the design and development process
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on safety-related issues
• Create and maintain safety documentation, including safety plans, safety cases, and hazard analyses

Our Requirements

• 3 years working experience in this area
• Bachelor or master’s degree in electronics, mechatronics, physics, vehicle engineering or comparable field of study
• experience in functional safety standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, IEC 61508
• knowledge of software development, verification, and validation processes
• Ability to conduct safety analysis (FMEA, FTA, etc.) and develop safety concepts
• Chinese and English is mandatory, German is a plus
• High motivation for complex projects
• Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
• Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
