Your Responsibilities:

• Setup function safety development process based on ISO 26262, related regulations and so on
• Formulating the safety case template as the part of standardization, including safety requirement, safety concept, checklist 
• Coordinating the development, verification and validation of function safety related components, e.g. Power electronic system, steering system, thermal management system
• Coordinating, negotiating and signing the DIA with customer
• Formulating the reasonable function safety development plan and monitoring the safety case delivery on time
• Participating the HW&SW safety requirement assessment, defining the HW&SW safety concept 
• Review all of safety related artifacts for each milestone or V cycle, and coordinating with assessor to ensure no blocking point from the safety perspective
• Ensure the traceability among the safety requirements, safety architecture, safety implementation, safety verification and safety validation
• Coordinating the FMEDA, FTA and DFA analysis
• Leading project safety development process and ASPICE audit from internal quality department or third party 
• Leading product development process based on ASPICE standard
• Auditing the supplier safety development process and ASPICE
• Closely work together with development, test, quality and other departments

Our Requirements: 

• At least three years function safety  SYS, HW or SW development experience
• At least leading one project function safety activities from scratch to SOP, ASIL D is preferred
• Deeply understanding the ISO 26262 standard, including item definition, HARA analysis, SG definition, FSC, TSC, HW and SW safety design and validation and so on
• Lead and guide the FMEDA  FTA and DFA experience
• Have the ability and experience to lead and ramp up project & organization ASPICE level to level 3
• Have the ability and experience to lead project to get ISO 26262 certification
• Familiar with all the process areas of ASPICE, VDA-QMC ASPICE certification is plus, ASPICE audit assessor experience is plus
• Have the ability to standardize the function safety development and ASPICE process in technical development to continuously improve the competency
• Good thinking process and problem solving mindsetChinese and English is mandatory, German is a plus
• High motivation for complex projects
