Job Title:  TMA | Assembly Planning Stator 4
Division/Department: Assembly Planning Department
Location: Tianjin

Your Responsibilities: 

1. Conduct Project Estimations
2. Create Technical Specifications
3. Evaluate Supplier Quotation
4. Lead Equipment Design Discussion
5. Steer Manufacturing Phase and Pre-Acceptance
6. Steer Commissioning Phase, Handover and Acceptance
7. Project Work / General Planning Tasks and Serial Support

Our Qualification: 

1. Education: Master degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Automation / Industrial / Automotive engineering, or a comparable technical degree
2. Highly Proficient in English. Knowledge of Chinese and/or German is a plus
3. at least 3 years work experience in stator manufacturing process and assembly planning field for E-drive components
4. In depth understanding of assembly processes and their industrialization for high volume production / Outstanding communication & cooperation skills
5. Strong ability to simultaneously organize various tasks/projects, Action oriented work style and strong drive for results
6. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation
7. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
