Across two plants, we produce premium quality Double-clutch Gearbox (DSG) transmissions, hybrid transmissions and e-drives.

 

Job Title: TMM | Planning Project Management Intern

Division/Department: TMM

Your Responsibilities

  • Support project lead and coordination
  • Organization of regular meetings
  • Project reporting and documentation
  • Support audit preparation and process
  • Preparation and execution of workshops
  • Support the usage of project management methods
  • Support tracking of open points
  • As part of VWATJ's digitization initiatives, design organizational processes for end-to-end data and information flows
  • Activity to conduct interviews and process mapping, data analysis

 

Our Requirements

  • Student majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Economics or other Automobile related majors
  • Proficiency English spoken and written
  • Process understanding / process management
  • Interview and data analysis skills
  • Experience with VISIO and BPMN 2.0 desirable
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability and team spirit
  • Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation
  • Remain accountable when mistake happens and able to speak up if something goes wrong
  • You are available for the internship (full-time) for 5-6 months
