TPW | Standardization Engineer

Volkswagen Automatic Transmission (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (“VWATJ”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group, is the largest green-field transmission producer of the VW Group in China. Across two plants, we produce premium quality Double-clutch Gearbox (DSG) transmissions, hybrid transmissions and e-drives.

Job Title: Standardization Engineer

Division/Department: Production DQ/ Plant Service

Location: Tianjin

Your Responsibility:

1. Ensure the process be followed in the team
2. Coordinate within the department or with other persons from different department for spare parts management related topics
3. Coordinate with colleagues from different entities for common projects
4. Cooperate with MIS to optimize the function of the system
5. Cooperate with warehouse team for management promotion

Our Qualification:

1. Bachelor or above in mechanic, automation or engineering
2. Good communication skill, organization and project management skills
3. Being familiar with SAP
4. 3+ years working experience in automotive manufacturing industry
5. Experience of working both cross-function and internationally
6. Fluent English in writing and reading and oral English, German is a plus
7. Being familiar with MS office, word, PPT, Excel
