MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

• Following the “in China, for China” group strategy and Audi China “360 Strategy” , more and more key features and heavy components of the CKD Car projects will be developed and industrialized in China, for the period after nomination until SOP, the project buyer work within a 100% entity (Audi China) for Audi key car components is essential to ensure the above mentioned strategy
• This position ensures that the CSC decision details could be successfully carried over.
• This position ensures and protect that the serial component within the CKD project can be launched / SOP on time.
• This position has close contact between Audi intern department, relevant department (incl. CARIAD and GRDC), and suppliers.

• This position requires solid knowledge of automotive branch, purchasing, automotive supplier structure, production process, value analysis, and supplier management.

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

• Project kick off
• Taking over the components / item’s sourcing information from LEBs of Audi AG and Audi CN
• Confirmation the technical status of the sourcing with development department
• Organization kick off meeting with supplier and relevant department
• Project tracking and promotion
• Set up time line with relevant milestone
• Tacking project status with the suppliers (until n-Tier level)
• Organize the supplier and relevant internal departments to analyze and formulate measures and follow up to solve the problems
• Change request (Aeko) tracking and management
• Collection the change request information from development department
• Participant project team, discuss and evaluate new product requirement
• Supplier offer of the change request estimation
• Negotiation with the suppliers
• Communication and clarification of offer to SE team to support the internal approval process
• Representing Audi CN in project team
• System operation with AIP, TEVON, and AVON
• Inform the approval result to supplier via ZAEM, and getting the feedback of the supplier
• Tracking change request conduction status
• Production readiness
• Capacity planning of supplier survey
• Participation 2TP Audit
• Follow up and promote the supplier with production capacity problems
• Support in SE Team
• As Team member in SE Team, to provide all supplier related project work
• Act as communication bridge to connect between SE team and supplier

Necessary education:

Master’s degree or above

(major in automotive engineering, business / project management, economics preferred)

Working experience (in years):

at least 3 years working experience in automobile industry or related areas

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

• Advanced English in reading, writing and speaking
• German language is preferred
• Solid knowledge in MS office( Word, Excel and Power Point)
