Job Description:

Mission and Purpose:

Audi (China) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. is a 100% owned sub-company of Audi AG and the central interface among German headquarter, Chinese market and Joint Ventures. The department of Whole Vehicle Integration is responsible for automotive network integration. This means early planning of Hardware and Software releases in correlation with project milestones. Moreover, validation of the ECU network is a crucial task to confirm the network communication and function maturity. To ensure test readiness, it is necessary to update test instances with new hardware and new software releases.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use of appropriate methods and tools (e.g. analysis and simulation) for efficient implementation of networked functions
  • ECU Parts information management and real-time updates
  • Kanban Management for Agile Development
  • Alignment of project developing status
  • Prepare briefing documents for the committee report if necessary
  • In Lead the preparation of meeting minutes and agenda for internal/external workshops
  • Parts Order Management
  • Support team affairs

Qualifications:

Education Background:

Master or Bachelor student of Electrical/Electronic, Automotive, communication

Engineering or similar

Professional Skills:

  • Basic understanding of electronics system
  • Understanding the Agile development process, proficiency in the use of software development tool used by agile teams
  • Familiar with Microsoft software, ideally with VBA/Python/C++ programming skills
  • Skilled English academic paper reading ability

Competence Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm about work, precise working style
  • Good communication skills and structured analytical skills
  • Well organized, good time management & ability to work under pressure
  • Detailed-oriented and structural working style
  • Able to work independently as well as good team player

Language Skills:

  • Native Chinese
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • German is a plus
