- This position takes full responsibility for project and budget planning, and is singular managing the implementation of all Audi China PR brand strategic content and comms planning and execution in all the communication channels including both traditional media channels and particularly New media/KOL
- This position leads and manages brand content/asset development for all Audi China PR, focused on storytelling and positioning around key subjects to build premium Audi brand position in China, as well as content distribution and KPI deliverables. While doing so, this position leads and manages respective professional and creative agencies.
- This position is the professional management lead for the development of a comprehensive communication strategy for Audi business in China, relevant events, and KOL resources etc. including influencers across media cooperation and organic projects.
- This position has the strategic communications responsibility to identify and develop strategic plans for Audi China President/Executives communications key strategic contents to ensure most visibility through new media channels and KOL approach while also balance the internal communication to drive corporate branding
- In an inter- and intra- departmental management responsibility, this position creates and manages steers the communication alignment with traditional media activities as well as external brand partnership projects to guarantee the share of voice of Audi in China as well as Audi brand’s highest positive impact as aligned with Audi AG.
- This position is leading the process and being responsible to utilize and implement global and promotional assets for relating to build Audi Brand position and contents. In this management process, the position leads both local partnerships, Headquarters department, Audi China Marketing and VGC counterparts.
- This position manages and steers JV partners in China in regard to relevant content and tonality in order to secure a One-Voice to market approach. This position also has full responsibilities to ensure the generated contents can be further shared and leveraged by JVs with alignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS Fully support /responsible for planning process and manage the implementation of key pillars of all Audi China brand PR strategic comms that align with company goals and objectives. - Lead the strategic comms key pillar planning and implementation which contribute to corporate objectives/Focus Topics now and in the long run.
- Lead and solely manage strategic communications with focus and priorities on both traditional and new media approach towards department and project KPIs.
- Drive critical analysis motor industry market trend as well as to determine the influential personas and format for the key strategic pillars across new media platform.
Lead and manage both traditional/digital approaches for all Audi China PR channels and owned new media channels and ensure KPI deliverables. - Lead the strategic planning across all Audi China PR channels and owned social channels to build engaged social communities that promote corporate and brand’s share of voices.
- Lead and evolve strategic communication framework and mechanism for multi- media channels and activities to acquire new audience demographic while keeping existing audience engaged, such as page views and engagement numbers for online content, to ensure a positive tonality.
- Supervise and manage respective professionals and creative agencies’ implementation while also lead the process of execution for high quality deliveries.
- Lead and initiate the assessment of effectiveness of new media channel KPIs/performance.
- Manage and take full control all aspects of quality and security assurance with critical cross-functional stakeholders e.g. IT, Legal.
Lead the strategic planning of New media/KOL communications and manage resources for both media cooperation and organic activities. - Build and manage relations/network with broad industry Chinese New media/KOLs to ensure New media outlet and influencers maximum benefit to the Audi’s share of voices in China.
- Lead the strategic planning and takes full responsibility of implementing New media/KOL communications for leveraging top tier corporate events such as A-level Auto Shows (BJAS/SHAS).
- Manage solid relations with and outreach macro/micro influencers on projects such as product premiere and corporate initiatives, for a more impactful corporate and brand exposures.
- Establish media cooperation process and steer alignment with critical department as well as to ensure the compliant execution across the team.
Lead the strategic communication planning for leveraging key spokespersons and internal resource/touch points through New media/KOL approach to enhance corporate brand internally - Establish and manage the implementation of new media approach that can lead to increased visibility for President/Executives on digital/social media platform both internal and external
- Leverage all the external and global content to adapt social media approach to drive internal positive internal Audi China image among employees’ mind
Take inter-and intra- departmental management responsibility to guarantee the share of voice of Audi in China as well as Audi brand’s highest positive impact. - Lead and supervise proactive communication approach for engaging with New media/KOL to further endorse Audi brand and corporate messages as aligned with AG topics.
- Strategically plan and design new media communications initiatives, and steer the communication alignment with traditional media activities to guarantee the share of voice of Audi in China as well as highest positive impact.
- Create and lead the rollout plan to fully utilize resources with external partners to benefit both parties through social media exposure and KOL endorsement, such as FC Bayern partnership.
Lead the process and being responsible for implementing global assets through new media channels of Audi in China. - Lead the process and fully responsible for implementation of global assets communication through Audi China PR owned channels, and contribute to global KPIs.
- Steer and manage communication alignment with local partners, Headquarters department, Audi China Marketing and VGC counterparts to promote both Audi and Group voice on all owned channels in China.
Manage and steer content alignment with JV partners in China to secure One-Voice on New media/KOLs platform - Manage and steer alignment with JV partners in China in regard to content and tonality in order to secure One-Voice to market approach.
- Design New media/KOL communication principles and execute management control of JVs on rollout plan for major corporate project such as A-level Auto Show.
Necessary education: BA/MA plus MBA Personal skills: Language proficiency in English/Chinese, German a plus; communications background with additional management experiences a plus; understanding of car industry; understanding of New media know-how and trend information; highly disciplined, very accurate, open minded in a very fast changing environment; cultural-political knowledge of international working environment.
