Education Background: Bachelor or Master degree in automotive/mechanical/electrical engineering/Business Administration or similar studies Professional Skills: Experience in project management field Proficiency in MS office( PPT, Excel, Word) Competence Requirements: strong communication and cooperation skills Analytical thinking and self-reflection Planning and well-organized Language Skills: Good command of English both in speaking and writing German and Chinese language is a plus
