The task of the Corporate Strategy Department is to define and implement Audi in China strategy as well as drive and steer the operationalization of strategic initiatives throughout the organizations. The department closely works with Business Units across the board of AUDI China, the Strategy department in AUDI AG Headquarter, and Audi’s Joint-Venture Partners in China. This hiring position is located in Beijing.

1. Support to analyze strategic implications of market development and trends by…

• Independently conduct desktop research or interviews to collect, track and analyze the activities of key competitors, new players, government regulations, and new trends on customers’ requirements in China and globally;
• Consolidate and analyze incoming reports from internal departments and external consulting firm to identify business optimization opportunities or risks;
• Support to generate regular benchmarking reports for management review;

2. Support to accelerate the implementation of strategic projects in Audi China…

• Create reporting template and timely track project status;
• Support to organize workshops or project review/follow-up meetings on different level;
• Support to prepare the content of project presentations, version control, translation, etc.;

3. Support for organizing team meetings, yearly team building, workshops, etc.

4. Be the interface for the team towards other depts. of Audi China in coordinating administrative tasks
