The department of C/GQ-F is a Technical Field Service & Supplier Quality department under the organization of Audi China Quality department. We are working in different areas of technical service, before and after SOP of a car model. The roles in the department are as follows: - Product support and fault elimination process - Technical product analysis - Data analysis - Product influence - Diagnosis influence - SW-Flashing in car and SW over the-air-updates The position for this internship is to support the departments roles in their daily work and execute interesting projects in a pre-defined scope and timeline. The intern is expected first to learn about our current roles and processes with the goal achieving an important function for the customers of Audi models in China. Future oriented and important fields of activities in technical service will be offered to our interns, such as, preparation and support of onsite quality analyses in the market, practical experience in fault analysis and elimination, process improvement for effective and target oriented daily business, insight in the development of customer service oriented repair solutions, diagnosis and digitalization projects and software update methods. The mission of the intern will be to learn, execute and improve daily work with standards and processes within the department. This position offers the opportunity to have a deep look into a daily work of service-engineers and actively support and learn from the challenges and have fun in a cooperative and experienced team.
