MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

  • Define digital experience along customer journey, check global digital initiatives and define necessary roll out activities with regards to China JVs
  • Steer digital transformation & operationalization
  • JV digital operational performance monitoring and KPI tracking
  • Represent China digital team in Audi AG’s Customer Experience Process (CXP)
  • Manage and maintain business relation with JVs and Audi AG IVX, and define necessary 3rd party partnership based on digital trends
  • Coordinate FBU related contracting and commercial arrangements with Audi AG
  • Act as QPB for CVX and risk reporting coordinator

 

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

  1. Define digital experience along customer journey, check global digital initiatives and define necessary roll out activities with regards to China JVs
    • Collect necessary business requirements regarding digital experience from Bus / JVs
    • Define digital customer journey, target to ensure primum Audi experience
    • Constantly track project status of global digital projects and defined roll-out strategy in China based on market requirements
    • Know interdependencies within projects & inform/escalate to management accordingly
    • Support and guide JVs to develop market oriented digital business portfolio
    • Leverage an in-depth understanding of the China digital business to persuasively advocate for and drive JVs to adopt and localize Audi's global digital business initiatives within the local market, demonstrating senior-level expertise in digital strategy and market adaptation
    • Align with JVs to set up digital business portfolio management process in line with Audi global standards

 

  1. Digital transformation & operational steering
    • Coordinate for new digitalization setup
    • Ensure sufficient support and knowledge transfer from Audi to JVs for its digitalization set-up
    • Utilize data-driven thinking and analytics to assess Audi market performance in China and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Engage in persuasive communication with stakeholders, presenting and advocating proposed actions to drive joint venture performance improvements and secure stakeholder buy-in.
    • Collaborate with JVs to steering & analysis its digital business, related operation efficiency

 

  1. JV digital operational performance monitoring and KPI tracking
    • Coordinate digital operation topics for management review
    • Steer FY KPI target setting and centrally coordinate for alignment among relevant stakeholders
    • Track digital performance KPIs and report to Audi AG
    • Organize escalation to ensure target achievement

 

  1. Represent China digital team in Audi AG’s Customer Experience Process (CXP)
    • Represent China digital team and involve in the Customer Experience Process (CXP) for China digital portfolio evaluation and alignment with Audi AG
    • Align China digital portfolio with relevant C/V stakeholders and present in Audi AG CXP core team meetings
    • Synchronize within CVX and C/V the status of China digital portfolio evaluations and alignment results alongside the CXP

 

  1. Manage and maintain business relation with JVs and Audi AG IVX
    • Manage and maintain business relationship with China JVs and Audi AG IVX to support Audi digital business development in local market
    • Ensure collaboration between Audi and China JVs
    • Coordinate and facilitate business exchanges between China JVs, CVX and Audi AG IVX
    • Coordinate digital content for Business Reviews with Audi AG board member for Sales & Marketing

 

Special Tasks

  • Coordinate FBU related contracting and commercial arrangements with Audi AG for digital services and backend systems
  • QPB & Risk reporting
    • Coordinating and supporting process-oriented knowledge and understanding of QM in the OEs
    • Supporting the preparation of process standards as well as other quality standards and internal QM regulations
    • Examining the process standards for compliance with the conventions and giving an approval recommendation for process standards to the PV (approval recommendation is given with the signature of the QPB responsible)
    • Supporting C/GQ with the planning and organization of internal system audits and external audits
    • Coordination C/VX ISO Certification
    • Report risks as identified by CVX and approved by C/V into Group Risk Radar system

 

Necessary education:

MBA or equivalent

Utilize internet-specific knowledge to understand the digital landscape, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.

Proficiency in sales and business performance analysis, involving data-driven decision-making and optimization of operations to achieve business objectives. Proficiency in presentation skills for clear and persuasive communication,

Proficient in problem-solving, with a focus on developing effective solutions.

Networking skills to build and maintain a professional network,

Engage with key stakeholders, and align digital transformation with their needs.

Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution skills to resolve disagreements with JVs.

Attention to detail, especially when developing, executing and analyzing sales strategies.

 

Working experience (in years):

5+ years in Auto industry and 3+ years in internet or consulting industry

 

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

English, Chinese, German is a plus

Proficiency in modern Sales Technology and Tools, such as SAP CRM, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms."

Desired professional certificates: Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Digital Transformation Professional etc.
