• Identify technology trends in relevant industries
• Identify and analyze start-ups with high business fit
• Research innovation in news, websites, industry events etc.
• Collaborate with other business units to define scope for innovation research
• Create presentations on multiple innovation topics
• Define innovation strategy for R&D in terms of future (tech) trends
• Support pre-development projects for function definition and development
• Maintain department’s database and share folders
• Administrative and logistic support

Education Background:

• Master (preferred) or Bachelor candidate in technical major such as computer science or other engineering degrees with strong knowledge in auto industry; if very talented candidate, Business Administration / Economics or similar major is also acceptable
• Study abroad/foreign exchange program (preferred)

• Moderation and facilitation ability

Competence Requirements:

• Skillful use of Microsoft Office 365 (e.g. Teams, Outlook, PPT, Word, Excel)
• Skilled in photo/video shooting and footage editing
• Deep technology understanding
• At least one >3 months internship in a multinational company before (preferred)
• Significant experience in innovation, automotive and digital products (preferred)
• Able to work 5 days a week for 4-6 months continuously

Language Skills:

• Good command of both oral and written English & Chinese, German is a plus
