MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES |
The E2E Function Owner is responsible for Level 4 test, E2E test, for China OTA/KD-Flashhub. The coverage contains OTA E2E test and GOBw test in both LCM and DLCM phase. The main goal is to ensure the system integration reliability, mitigate business risk, optimize test efficiency and in the end, contribute to customer satisfaction. There will be various objectives contributing to the achievement of these goals, including but not limited to, comprehensive test design, test environment maintenance, high quality test execution and report, closely collaboration with key stakeholders. |
RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
Main tasks:
- Validate campaigns with various backend instances within the OTA/GOB use case.
- Verify functional flows between backend and onboard systems.
- Manage campaign baselines (generation, modification, correction) during validation.
- Responsibility for end-to-end testing for the OTA/GOB use case.
- Collaborate with downstream teams (e.g., C/EV-V, C/GQ, C/VX), incl. Provide Level 3 support for OTA/KD campaign rollouts, including troubleshooting with Aftersales.
- Monitor and troubleshoot errors post OTA/KD rollout.
- Monitor backend system status and troubleshoot issues with OTA/KD- Flahshub Test Infrastructure Expert.
Other tasks:
- Bulid-up flying doctor team to support JV partner in E2E test execution.
- Participate in necessary meeting, workshop on be-half of Flash-hub.
- Design and preparate demo of E2E test, where needed.
- Collaborate with Data Management and Test Infrastructure Expert to ensure test content is valid.
Necessary education:
A minimum of a Master degree in Automotive Engineering, IT Systems, or Data Management.
Personal skills:
Highly motivated with initiative working attitude and a strong team player; must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, correctness and deadlines; good organizational as well as communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility; ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
Working experience (in years):
Minimum 3 year experience in the automotive network testing; experience in developing complex control units preferred; basic understanding of typical vehicle backend systems is desired; cross-cultural competence is a plus.
Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
Proficient in Python or C++ ; Proficient MS Office knowledge; familiar with automotive testing, particularly automotive network testing (CAN, ETH, FlexRay) using tools like Vector is a plus; Strong aptitude for data analysis, structural understanding, and quality assurance; Chinese driving license/ Audi Prototype driving license is necessary, driving pleasure and willingness to travel - also for extended periods of time; Mandarin (mother tongue or equivalent proficiency); good knowledge of English (business fluent); German is a plus.
