MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

• This position provides purchasing related assistance to business units
• This position ensures the implementation of Audi purchasing process
• This position ensures the cost saving of project to maximum and to remain within budget

• This position ensures the sourcing within the timeframe to guarantee the smooth roll out of the sourcing scope    

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

1. Purchasing of Services:
• Clarify with business unit the sourcing scope and do cost estimation for budget approval
• Ensure to get the complete and correct LAH from the business unit, understanding the concrete sourcing scope
• Defining the bidders list
• Sending the RFQ to suppliers in bidders list
• Setting the due date for offers
• Organization of technical meetings with BU, suppliers (if needed)
• Cost analyzing, benchmarking, finding reference cost
• Target setting
• Negotiation & re-negotiation with suppliers
• Creating of internal decision material
• Presenting decision material to sourcing committee (depends on value limits and service type) for decision
• Writing meeting minutes
• Documentation of all sourcing relevant documents

1. Supplier management
• Scouting establishing of new suppliers
• Management of supplier portfolio to guarantee competition for sourcing material group
• Education of suppliers about Audi Compliance regulations and processes

1. Contracting
• Kick-off contract process with BU and Audi China Legal department
• Collecting Signatures
• Files keeping and storage

Necessary education:

University degree

English as working language

German language and Buyer experience in Automotive preferred

Personal skills:

Analystical skills, negotiation skills, multitasking, conflict management skills

Working experience (in years):

1-3 years

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

KSRM, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
