MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Representing Audi AG, Sales Planning team (C/VV) in Audi China takes responsibility of Sales Planning incl. Premium Market research, sales analysis & reporting, and planning, etc. We aim to streamline the liaison between Audi AG (I/VC), C/VV and ASD (Audi Sales Division in FAW-VW) to explore and capture market movement, optimize sales results and realize any potential sales opportunities together

 

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

  • Sales Planning/Strategy Steering
    • Provide independent and holistic view of overall sales planning for short term (current year), mid term (2-5 years) and long term ( 5 years+)
    • Responsible for X+Y full year forecast and approval process
    • Oversee FBU sales operations steering (sales support approval, production request etc.)
    • Liaise between AG, Audi China and ASD to assess sales impact of stop orders, and propose corresponding countermeasures
    • Establish comprehensive sales performance tracking process to assist and steer JV(s) to identify potential sales opportunities
    • Assist JV(s) to establish best pratices (e.g. optimisation of sales channel, incentive, etc)
    • Act as 3rd party consultant (outside National Sales Company but close to market) to assess current market movement and future market trend, to assist JV(s) to recognize, realize or mitigate any market opportunities / risks
    • Liaise between VGC and AG, and provide support for LAP planning process
    • Liaise between AG and JV(s) and provide support for sales finance, leasing, used car and RV management

 

  • “Extended Workbench“ (of I/VC & I/VP in Audi China)
    • Supported by I/VC, to provide direct local support and coordination of all sales related initiatives within Audi China together with JV(s)
    • Streamline communication complexity and achieve prompt value-adding to JV(s) and HQ
    • Project work in coordination with JV(s) and I/VC
    • CKD production program processing (service contract between C/VV and I/VP)
    • Diplomatic sales

 

  • Business Intelligence & Cross Function
    • Maintain “Central CPU“ database to i) provide business intelligence, ii) support all BUs to identify initiatives to drive sales performance
    • Liaise with all BUs to provide all sales related stats

 

  • VGC & Audi AG reporting alignment
    •  To fulfill reporting requirements to VGC as well as Audi AG

 

  • Process setup of XPS sales management

 

Necessary education:

Bachelor or Master degree

Major in Business Administration, Accounting, Commercial, etc.

 

Personal skills:

Performance oriented and results driven;

Team Player with "Can Do" attitude

Strong analytical capability and self reflection; ability to pay attention to details while demonstrate ability to Think Big

Planning and well-organized

Strong mindset with ability to work under pressure

 

Working experience (in years):

At least 5-8 years in automotive industry

5 years’ experience in Sales Operations will be a plus

 

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

Proficient communication skills in English and Mandarin; German will be a plus

Intermediate/Advanced in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
