MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

This position ensures the overarching leadership of vehicle integration testing across both PPC and PPE platforms for CKD projects. It serves as the primary integration interface in China, consolidates information for Chief Integration Manager in Germany, coordinates between German carline project teams and integration team, represents the group within China to local leadership, and acts as the main interface to the Joint Venture for key meetings and escalation support.

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

1. Integrated Planning & Progress Management: Develop and oversee the master integration test plan for both PPC & PPE platforms, ensure alignment with project milestones, monitor test progress, identify risks, coordinate resources proactively and ensure timely task completion.
2. Information Consolidation & Reporting: Synthesize CKD projects information into consolidated reports and dashboards, provide clear and unified status overviews to Chief Integration Manager in Germany and other stakeholders.
3. Primary Project & Group Interface: Act as the communication bridge between Carline Project and local integration testing group, ensure clear communication of project requirements, decisions and changes to the team for execution.
4. Local leadership Representation: Serve as the official representative of the integration testing group within China, report key information, escalations and overall status to local management.
5. Cross-Platform Coordination: Lead alignment for overarching topics, drive issue resolution, ensure efficient resource and information sharing.

Necessary education:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or a related technical field.

Working experience (in years):

Proven experience in vehicle integration testing; essential experience in CKD project operations, vehicle development cycles and system integration; cross‑cultural working experience is a plus.

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and German is mandatory; strong understanding of vehicle integration testing processes, objectives and deliverables; familiar with vehicle development and system integration; proficient in project management and reporting tools; proactive learning attitude for new technologies and processes.
