The HRBP Team is dedicated to offering comprehensive human resources support to various Business Units (BUs) so as to ensure the effective operation and development of the business. The tasks encompass collaborating with BUs on talent - related matters, providing consultancy services, facilitating succession planning, and enhancing employee performance and development.
As a member of the Audi China HRBP team, you will support BUs in talent acquisition to best serve their business needs, provide daily consultancy to both management and employees to back business development and individual growth, work closely with BUs on the implementation of succession planning for sustainable business development, collaborate with BU managers to boost employee performance and motivation through different programs and activities.
- HR BP Support (80%)
Employee On-boarding Support (local/contractor/Local Expat/FSE)
- Prepare onboarding documents and maintain both paper and digital personnel files
- Coordinate with IT to confirm equipment readiness for new joiners
- Pick up and activate PKI cards, especially for non-Beijing employees
- Support onboarding talk on new employees’ first working day
Employment Lifecycle Support (local/contractor/Local Expat/FSE)
- Post Management
- Manage postings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
- Handle FSE mail distribution
- Administer routine but essential documentation tasks (filling, printing, sealing, archiving) including:
- Labor contract related documents
- Certificates
- Housing rental contract
- Support Meeting Scheduling and Preparation
Employee Offboarding Support (local/contractor/Local Expat/FSE)
- Assist with preparing employee reference letters
- Prepare customs clearance documentation for FSE offboarding
Team Project Support
- Contribute to additional upcoming team projects as needed
- Recruitment Support (20%)
- Post job openings internally and externally across various recruitment channels (e.g. Moka, BOSS Zhipin, Liepin)
- Conduct initial CV screening and prepare candidate longlists based on recruiter requirements
- Perform preliminary checks on language ability, work location compatibility, etc
- Coordinate interview scheduling
Education Background
Bachelor or Master students majoring in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
Professional Skills
- Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Previous HR internship or practical experience preferred

Language Skills
- Good command of English
- German is a plus
Internship duration
5–6 months, with a minimum of 4 working days per week
