Mission and Purpose:
The department of C/GQ-F is a Technical Field Service & Supplier Quality department under the organization of Audi China Quality department. We are working in different areas of technical service, before and after SOP of a car model. The roles in the department are as follows: - Product support and fault elimination process - Technical product analysis - Data analysis - Product influence - Diagnosis influence - SW-Flashing in car and SW over the-air-updates The position for this internship is to support the departments roles in their daily work and execute interesting projects in a pre-defined scope and timeline. The intern is expected first to learn about our current roles and processes with the goal achieving an important function for the customers of Audi models in China. Future oriented and important fields of activities in technical service will be offered to our interns, such as, preparation and support of onsite quality analyses in the market, practical experience in fault analysis and elimination, process improvement for effective and target oriented daily business, insight in the development of customer service oriented repair solutions, diagnosis and digitalization projects and software update methods. The mission of the intern will be to learn, execute and improve daily work with standards and processes within the department. This position offers the opportunity to have a deep look into a daily work of service-engineers and actively support and learn from the challenges and have fun in a cooperative and experienced team
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern can support the department in some of the following tasks: PQA Support project:
> Standardization and preparation of tools and equipment for onsite analysis > Prepare, check and document wiring-harnesses and plugs for measuring activities
> Support in communication and prepare handout to dealers
> Translation support of documents from english or german to chinese language Process optimization tasks:
> Improvement of storing of data and document in share-folders and online clouds
> Creating templates and documents for standardized reports and visualization of big-data
> Creating quality reports by collecting field information from different IT-systems (e.g AQUA)
> Update process descriptions and work instructions for ISO reviews and audits Service-engineering projects:
> Small projects in a defined time and scope to learn and understand development of innovative service and repair solutions for Audi cars (e.g. E-drivetrain, HV-Battery, control units, etc)
> Prepare a knowledge handbook (about 20-30 pages) for diagnostics and basic software update solutions based on previously learned skills and capabilities
Qualifications:
Education Background:
> Bachelor or Master degree
> Preferred studies in electric/electronics, automotive or mechanical engineering, information science Competence Requirements:
> Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PPT)
> Advanced skills in project/process management
> Basic knowledge of development processes
> Planning and well-organized
> Strong communication and cooperation skills
> Logical and analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure
> Self-learning ability Language Skills: English (mandatory) German (desirable) Chinese
