职位描述: 
  • Accurately collect, sort out and integrate marketing, sales and customer experience-related data from internal systems, ensure data completeness, consistency and timeliness, and lay a solid foundation for subsequent data analysis and dashboard production.

 

  • Independently or collaboratively create and optimize business-related digital dashboards using PowerBI, including but not limited to sales performance dashboards, customer touchpoint analysis dashboards and digital project effect dashboards, to realize visual display of key business indicators.

 

  • Assist the team in conducting preliminary data analysis based on the created dashboards, summarize data insights and potential problems, and provide data support for the department's digital business decision-making and customer experience optimization work.

 

  • Maintain and update existing digital dashboards regularly, respond to the team's temporary data visualization needs in a timely manner, and ensure that the dashboards can accurately reflect the latest business status.

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues (marketing, sales, digital solution teams) to understand business requirements, convert business needs into clear data analysis and dashboard production tasks, and promote the smooth development of the department's digital business.

  • Education Background:

    Major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

    Professional Skills:

    • Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or dashboard development, with a strong focus on Power BI or other BI tools.
    • Proven track record of creating interactive BI dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.
    • Proficient in BI Desktop and BI Service, including DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query for data modeling and transformation.
    • Formiliar with Python programing.
    • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles to create user-friendly and insightful dashboards.

    Competence Requirements:

    • Experience with data sources such as SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud-based data sources.
    • Familiarity with ETL processes and tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Knowledge of AI technology will be a plus.

    Language Skills:

    •         Chinese and English can be working language.
