MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
- Scheme scalable campaign to build brand awareness, likability and brand image of AUDI and shape AUDI as top-of-mind NEV brand, sharing the same brand core but clearly differentiated from Audi 4rings brand and other car brands.
- Design, track, and analyze marketing metrics and always seek for ways to improve brand marketing and communication input and output goals.
- Curate brand story and contents, constantly explore new means of delivery of brand’s message into markets. Adjust creative asset in different touch points and create storytelling contents.
- Execution of planning processes and operations on Brand Marcom projects: target-oriented analysis in collaboration with related departments in AUDI CHINA / AUDI AG/AUDI Project House/ JV partner. Tracking and evaluation of processes and project management.
- Organization of cross-departmental status and approvals as well as conception and planning of reviews or projects in collaboration related business units. Prepare recommendation for approval, documentation and reporting of results to project teams at AUDI CHINA / AUDI AG /AUDI Project House/ JV partner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- AUDI Brand Campaign planning: scheme consumer-facing marketing plan and campaign calendar to drive brand awareness, likability, and consideration by identifying effective approach based on resource allocation. Work with agencies to create innovative and scalable marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Target-oriented analysis to ensure AUDI Brand Marcom project is well designed and executed.
- Constantly explore new means of delivery of brand’s message into markets.
- Design, track and analyze marketing metrics and always seek for ways to improve brand marketing input and output.
- Self-contained planning and project management with high influence on time and/or budget.
- Campaign based AUDI Brand stories and creative content ideation and production.
- Understand AUDI brand and channel specific story telling approach, curate various AUDI brand stories and creative contents.
- Translate business objective into brief to agencies, work with strategy, creative team to ideate and produce full creative packages including master creative and social derivates.
- Adapt creative big idea and master creative contents across different channels, guaranteeing brand consistency and key differentiator to continuously shape AUDI brand.
- IP/ Placement / Storyteller creative & content execution.
- Keep close track of best practice in market and segment regarding IP/ TV & Movie Placement/ Storyteller (Spokesperson/ brand collaborator/ Key opinion leaders). Formulate strategic proposal for AUDI brand.
- Tie creative & content execution of IP/ placement/ Storytellers with AUDI brand narratives in various user cases.
- Execution and project management of independent projects.
Necessary education:
Master or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Art, Creative or a related field or equivalent work experience.

- Highly motivated with pro-active working attitude and team player
- Show a high degree of attention to quality, details, correctness and deadlines
- Over 5years of related experience in branding/digital marketing in a fast-paced environment.
- Pro-active communicator, able to manage multiple parallel-path projects, results-oriented, self-motivated and entrepreneurial and always open to new ideas.
- Experience working in global context and cross-functional teams
- Ability to use data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure marketing performance, determine improvements and innovations.
- Be passionate about advertising.
Working experience (in years):
- Over 5 years of working experience in automotive industry
- Experience in the field of marketing, communication, creative or content related area.
- Cross-cultural competence and strong art sense is a plus
- Experience in successful scalable campaign in premium car brands or tier 1 NEV brands.
Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
- Proficient MS Office knowledge
- Knowledge in brand marketing area
