MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

• This position ensures that the Audi purchasing strategy can be maximal reached in Great China Region
• The position has close contact with Audi purchasing in HQ and JV Purchasing
• The position conducts sourcing activities to reach the purchasing targets
• The position requires solid knowledge of automotive branch, purchasing, automotive supplier structure in China and globally

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

• Common Sourcing
• Driving and monitoring of common sourcing process 
• Ensure sourcing time schedule and project SOPs
• Collect BDL information and inquiry documents
• Set up time schedule for inquiry
• Send out inquiry and follow up suppliers
• Organization of technical Meetings
• Participation in Negotiations and technical meetings
• Alignment and harmonization between sourcing parties
• Prepare CSC presentation
• Follow up CSC decision and document Rec-sheet
• Support CSC management to finalize report 

• Common Negotiation
• Driving and monitoring of common negotiation process
• Ensure sourcing time schedule
• Collect BDL information and RfQ documents
• Organize or support sourcing kick-off
• Follow up offer status from suppliers after RfQ send out
• Organize or support technical meetings
• Take lead or support negotiation with suppliers
• Align and harmonize with each party for the sourcing
• Prepare or support sourcing committee presentation
• Follow up sourcing committee decision and relevant documents

• Early phase KOW/MIP and innovation 
• Support project team/Baureihe for KOW/MIP and innovation relevant task
• Organize and take lead the sourcing process for KOW/MIP and innovation task
• Organize the kick-off meeting and prepare BDL relevant information
• Organize technical meeting and negotiation
• Representation of AUDI China Purchasing for technical meeting, negotiation and all relevant process
• Work out and input the necessary information to project team/Baureihe

• P-parts Sourcing
• Lead the sourcing process for Audi China sourcing project
• Set up strategic supplier pool for responsible part
• Involve competitive Chinese local suppliers
• Leverage China speed to ensure the SOP
• Ensure Audi China purchasing’s interests
• Ensure sourcing timeline to achieve SOP
• Responsible for the whole sourcing process as LEB, e.g. negotiation, organize technical meeting, rating application etc.
• Define sourcing strategy for responsible items
• Negotiate with suppliers and ensure to achieve FIN/LEB/KGF/Tooling target
• Prepare the presentation for sourcing committee
• Ensure Audi AG and Audi China’s interests during the sourcing/negotiation with suppliers
• Supplier management
• Role of project buyer depending on projects

Necessary education:

Master’s degree or above

(major in automotive engineering, business / project management, economics preferred)

Working experience (in years):

At least 3-5 years working experience in related areas

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

• Advanced English in reading, writing and speaking
• German language is preferred
• proficiency in MS office( PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
