MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES |
The Test Instance Coordination plays a key role to maximize test fleet utilization, ensure test environment reliability, enable scalable test operation, maintain configuration correctness, facilitate the multi-function collaboration. The key objectives of this role include but not limited to: standardized instance provisioning, dynamic scheduling and allocation, resource lifecycle management, cost optimization. |
RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
Main tasks:
- Resource scheduling: Generate and adapt test vehicle fleet timelines based on Technical Leads' input.
- Test Instance Coordination: Coordinate test instances (e.g., test benches, lab cars order) and Coordinate test vehicle availability, accessibility, driveability, and workability.
- Workshop Affairs: Facilitate and maintain workshop orders and Coordinate workshop areas.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate spare parts, purchasing, logistics, and distribution.
- Test Visualization: Visualize the Plan of test instances.
- Budget Oversight: Plan and oversee budgets in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Project Support: Provide daily support to the Project Manager.
Other tasks:
- Closely collaborate with multi-stakeholders to ensure the dynamic usage and synergy for test instances
- Bridge the OTA/KD-Flashhub test demands to VTT delivery, where necessary
- Contribute to cost efficient for OTA/KD- Flashhub
Necessary education:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business management or related study
Personal skills:
Highly motivated with initiative working attitude and a strong team player; must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, correctness and deadlines; good organizational as well as communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility; ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
Working experience (in years):
Minimum 3 year experience in the automotive industry; experience in the field of project management is desired; cross-cultural competence is a plus.
Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
Strong communication skills, well-organized and patient working manner; Proficient MS Office knowledge, especially for Project, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Visio; Deep knowledge about Audi parts ordering is preferred; Chinese driving license/ Audi Prototype driving license is necessary, driving pleasure and willingness to travel; Mandarin (mother tongue or equivalent proficiency); good knowledge of English (business fluent); German is a plus.
