MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

• Task: Ensure efficient testing of the newly developed product, support in designing testing concept and strategy, coordinate between all involved parties and configure the necessary testing environment.
• Task: Assistant PMs for project steering

RESPONSIBILITIES/ TASKS

1.  Task:
• Ensure test tracking and report corresponding status to management
• Support development departments to reach the target by providing timeline, release and technical approval from testing perspective
• Support in defining request for external resources needed to support testing activities
• Steer test execution, evaluation and transfer of results into error management system.
• Elaborate and check error mitigation measures and their effectiveness in alignment with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure that the existing system test landscape is up-to-date and maintained (methodology, process, tooling) in coordination with involved stakeholders (e.g. product owner, project team)
• Ensure that functional changes are in accordance with integration requirements

1. Task:
• Assist PM to steering project which include test environment check, testing resource coordination, etc.

Necessary education:

A minimum of a Dipl.-lng. / Master's Degree in Automotive Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering/Information technology or similar scientific discipline

Personal Skills:

Highly motivated with a structured, systematic and analytical working attitude and a strong team player; good organizational as well as communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility; ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.

Working experience (in years):

Minimum 3 year experience in the automotive industry; good technical understanding of vehicle; experience in the field of vehicle development and testing desired; cross-cultural competence is a plus

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

Proficient MS Office knowledge; Chinese driving license/ Audi Prototype driving license is necessary, driving pleasure and willingness to travel; Fluent English language skills, Chinese and German as a plus.
