MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Senior project manager, leading planning, organizing, implementing and controlling of experiential events including large-scale multi-faceted launches, branding activations and roadshows projects in China

1.    Overall management, strategic planning and execution of local experiential projects

2.    Steering and coordinating support on Audi international events for China market

3.    Management and controlling of agency partners

4.  Steering experiential activities of Audi joint venture partners

 

Main Tasks

Project manager of Experiential Marketing such as launches, brand events and roadshows

Experiential project leadership

  • Leadership on experiential topics and solutions to reach, excite and engage progressive premium Audi audiences in China
  • Regular alignment with and reporting to AUDI AG experiential departments
  • Briefing of agencies, architects, communication & logistic agency, stand builder, third party vendors etc.
  • Tender process with involved parties
  • Budget steering: planning, controlling, reporting
  • Overall experiential execution, including implementation, operations, activations, customer experiences and coordinating surrounding communications
  • Devising strategic base for experiential activations
  • Maintaining highest level of brand execution & consistency with overall brand design/identity, message & strategic direction

Coordination with HQ and stakeholders

  • Alignment with headquarter
  • Coordination with event organizer on allocation of relevant services
  • Coordination and alignment on requirements of all parties (e.g. HQ, Audi China, Joint-Ventures, agencies, etc.)
  • Steering and management of Chinese specific programs along international events (e.g. International Dealer meetings, Brand Summits, Racing and Track experiences, etc.)
  • Steering and management of specific exhibits, display from AUDI AG, in direct contact with AUDI AG exhibits owners

On-site supervisions of event executions and processes

  • Organization of staff
  • Event set-up, dismantling, logistic coordination on-site
  • Prepare concept release of project at Management Board or Decision Committee
  • Prepare, track and update executive summary of event results
  • Consultant to Joint-Ventures for experiential marketing projects and provide with the necessary project management support

 

Necessary education:

University degree in Business / Marketing

Working experience (in years):

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline,

-    10 years of experience in the event marketing world

-    Strong agency background

-    Previous deep work experience with large budgets and budget management

-    Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills

-    Automotive and/or luxury product background

-    Strong management and communication skills

-    National & International mobility

-    Corporate culture and managing inter departmental and Audi AG relations

-    Energetic, self-motivated and driven for results

-    English (fluent)

 

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

-    Strong command of English, Chinese

-    Strong command of Power Point and Excel
