Job Description

MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

1. Integrated work on component robust mechatronics concepts, ECU Hardware review;
2. Coordination and supervise of validation within project team;
3. Lead reliability validation topics about component development with suppliers;
4. Test management of automotive mechatronic and electrical components focus on reliability and robustness;
5. Enhance product quality by development validation process.

Qualifications

Necessary education

Engineering degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in electrical/electronic engineering or respective field.

Personal skills

• Technical background of mechatronic or EE development;
• Develop experience in automotive ECU Hardware development;
• Knowledge of PCB layout and reliability design standards;
• Knowledge of ECU connectors –Bus Connection, LV/HV connections, GNSS, Wireless;
• Knowledge of electric, environment and mechanical test standards of EE components;
• Work experience in the respective field of project management, EE engineering, test coordination or quality engineering;
• Knowledge of metal and plastic material characters;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Broad technical knowledge coverage, but also with deep comprehension;
• Team player skills;
• Willingness to learn.

Working experience

• 5+ years working experience in the relevant field.

Remarks

• Excellent English skills (written and spoken);
• German language skills is a plus;
• Knowledge of the development tools such as PCB Architecture, Altium Designer, Simulation, CANoe.
