Job Description

MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

  1. Guarantee effective setup of test conditions and test environment for the related test drive vehicle for management test drives of the different test drive hosts like KAF,MAF, Status-drive, MMD, CVF);
  2. Ensure the proper technical preparation in cooperation with R&D departments and prepare the related documents;
  3. Coordinate the professional handling of technical issues realized during test drive including coordination of trouble shooting or re-testing;
  4. Briefing of related R&D top management, participating the management test drive;
  5. Technical explanation of the issues during the final conclusion meeting towards top management and Board member.

Qualifications

Necessary education

Bachelor or higher degree in automotive, electrical or mechanical Engineering.

  • Very Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Coordination skills and assertion skills;
  • Planning skills;
  • Detail orientation;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Abstraction skills;
  • Openness (especially to intercultural differences.

Working experience

  • 3-5 years working experience in the relevant field.

Remarks

  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken);
  • Native German languages skills are mandatory;
  • EFffT;
  • Chinese Driving license for passenger cars.
