Job Description

MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

1. This position ensures operational supervision of R&D workshop activities in Hefei mainly for the ADAS function development together with Cariad CN;
2. This position ensures proceed Car updates and latest configuration on the testing cars;
3. This position steers the planning and scheduling of Car updates base on the VR releases and project needs in Hefei;
4. This position ensures the fault analysis proceeded in an efficient and constructive way;
5. Car modification for new ADAS or infotainment systems;
6. This position ensures the guideline of setup of test and measurement equipment in Hefei according the group standard and project needs;
7. This position ensures all the needed Workshop equipment available and valid
8. in Hefei.

Qualifications

Necessary education

Engineering degree in automotive, electrical or mechanical engineering.

Personal skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Coordination skills and assertion skills;
• Planning skills;
• Detail orientation;
• Willingness to learn;
• Abstraction skills;
• Openness (especially to intercultural differences).

Working experience

• 5+ years working experience in Automotive respective field.

Remarks

• Excellent Chinese and English skills (written and spoken);
• German language skills are useful;
• Certificate for 1000V training;
• Effft;
• EFK;
• Chinese Driving license for passenger cars;
• Intern coordination training.
